Order and Payment
- Orders upon checkout should be final. If there are any changes to your order, please don’t hesitate to reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave us a message on our Facebook or Instagram pages. Don’t forget to always include your order number for easier reference.
- We accept payments through bank transfer / deposit (BDO or BPI), GCash and PayPal / Credit Card. Payments must be made within 24 hours upon placing the order. Feel free to send us a message if you need payment extensions :)
- Make sure to send us (as a reply to the order confirmation email sent to you) the deposit slip/screenshot/scanned copy for the proof of payment before 7:00 PM to include your package in the batch for dispatch the following day.
- We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your payment and shipping details.
Returns and Exchanges
- We believe that it’s really tricky to choose the swimsuit that best fits you. We will gladly accommodate exchanges for your swimsuit for another size, style or color, provided that it is within the following conditions:
- We will only accommodate 1 size exchange transaction per item.
- We are immediately notified (email, DM, SMS/Viber with photo attachment) and it is within 7 days upon receipt of item.
- Your desired replacement is available. It should be the same style / color. If there is no more available stock of the same item, you may choose from the available stocks provided that they are of the same price. Should you choose an item of higher value, you will be required to pay for the price difference.
- We don’t offer refunds and our policy is an exchange only policy.
- All of our designs are made with care and are inspected before shipping to ensure highest quality items reach you. In the unlikely event that you received the wrong swimsuit or the item is faulty beyond normal wear and tear, please contact our Customer Service team at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org
- For all exchanges, items must be returned within 7 days upon receiving the item. Exchange requests outside these grace periods will not be accepted/entertained (unless agreed upon).
- Shipping fees (back and forth) for exchanges will be shouldered by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery
- Our third-party partner courier is Zoom Courier for regular local deliveries. We dispatch your package the day after payment has been verified. Delays and issues on the courier’s part is beyond our control.
- Delivery count starts after the package has been dispatched or picked up by the rider.
- Metro Manila – 1-2 business days
- Provincial – 3-5 business days
- We also accept same day deliveries via Lalamove or Grab as long as transactions have been finalized before 3:00PM daily. Shipping fee is c/o the customer
- We don't have shipping on weekends and holidays.
