What are the size dimensions?
You may check our size measurements here. Each piece is made of different fabric and sizing may be affected by the style so please use this only as a reference/guide. If you need further assistance, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!

What are your modes of payment?
We accept payments through the following channels:
- BDO Bank Deposit / Online Fund Transfer
- BPI Bank Deposit / Online Fund Transfer
How will I know if my order has been processed?
We try to respond to your orders as soon as we can but please give us 24 hours from order form submission and payment.
- Order confirmations and bank details will be sent via the email address you provided
- Dispatching/shipping of orders is only from Mondays-Fridays (except holidays)
Do you do worldwide shipping?
Yes! We ship worldwide via DHL. Send us a message at email@example.com to get a quote of your package :)
Is there a tracking number?
We will send you an email containing the tracking number once your order has been processed. Your package may be tracked the day after dispatch through our courier's website.

How long does delivery usually take?
- Metro Manila: 2-3 business days
- Greater Metro Manila / Provincial: 3-5 business days
- International: 3-7 business days (express) / 7-15 days (postal)
*We also do same day pick-up via Grab or Lalamove within Manila or Rizal area
*Please understand that any delay caused by our courier is beyond our control. We highly recommend the Grab / Lalamove option to avoid any unnecessary delays :)
What is your return/exchange policy?
We believe that it’s really tricky to choose the swimsuit that best fits you. We will gladly accommodate exchanges for your swimsuit for another size provided that your desired piece is available and that you will shoulder the delivery/courier fees back and forth. :)
What if I receive a damaged product?
As much as we don't want this to happen, if you receive a faulty product, please get in touch with us and we will try to do something about it.
